TO Unlock all of these plus more, make a 6 star car, win the URL which is at approximately 47%-50% of the game, and you will unlock weast coast Harbor, and when you do, look for the Yellow light, which is at an island like intersection, and enter, it will tell you what you unlocked.For the Performances go to the Performance shop which is at a long road, side to the construction site, and you will have unlocked all performances. NOTE: Fastest game speed is 225.0 mph, which I got on my Mustang[= Enjoii!!!!!!
