Enter the jet pack cheat and fly to any rooftop, then enter the harior jet cheat as fast as you can as many times as you can. Make sure they don't go off the edge. Now take your time and make then into a cicle around one in the middle. Now hop into the one in the middle and start fireing. You will blow to smitheriens but it's funny when you go flying off the egde.

Second one is : kinda same thing but in the streets, get a couple of cares and make them into a circle, about seven cars should do, now pick a fight with any pedestrian and it looks like a gang fight. But you should do it at night so the headlights come on.
