Game error.
When you go to Smoke's crack house before the last mission, you will see the outline on the wall where your supposed to break through. If you go through it with a car, then it will break, and you will be falling underground. Then you'll find yourslef in the air falling, and land on the street outside. Its just one of those pointless things for fun. Note: you will lose your car after you do this.
