If you purchase cars from the import/export dock (after buying Wang Cars and completing the list). Now if you look, some cars have special licence plate's like: DON DON (Sentinel), Mr Jobby(Mesa) or EA SUCKS(Bullet). Different cars have their unique licence plate.

WARNING: To avoid losing money, save you'r game before purchasing any vehicle since it may not have a special plate the first time you purchase it.
