What you have to do is go to Los Santos airport and fly over the gates by the runway (to get the jetpack and fly over their is L1,L2,R1,R2,up,down,left,rightx2) then do the whole cheat again. Once you have flown over the gates you will find a mini jumbo jet, go in it and fly to mountain chilad and land on the flat part by the caravan.

Once you have landed on it go towards the caravan and you will see a bag go and get it because its a parachute. When you get it go back in your areoplane and fly until you can't go any higher. When your at your highest point press triangle and you will jump out. You will fall for ages and once you can see the street lights press circle and then your parachute will come out and you will come to a soft landing.
