To get the first urn you can receive in the game ( the urn of Gia) when you are facing the colossus and you encounter the first puzzle in the game. Then open the two blood chest but if you are playing on titan mode or play ing the game for the first time the order does not matter you can't even use the urn unless your playing a bonus game
