Need better reqruirts in the off season in your franchise. No problem. Just go through the recruiting in the offseason and before you start the draft know the names of your recruits. Go to ESPN.Com (the menu option, not the real thing) and go to rookie report.

Here you can alter any incoming player from high school before they get drafted. If you trade who ever's position they'll be taking over for a less used player (try to make it the team with the first draft pick so your guarenteed one player that you can make perfect) and trade.

Start up the draft and take your pick and poof! A star hath cometh!!!!!!

Ok, me and my little brother do this all the time.

First go to features and then team rosters then select any team you want to, then just edit all the players make them all zeros, now this is a little time consuming but it's fun and it's worth it.

Make sure when you are done editing to save a roster.now just go to quick game pick that team and your favorite team and have fun.

You can easily bring in about 4,000 crib points per game.
