How can I get some dead pepper?

You should be able to get Dead Pepper in chocobo's forest/Lagoon, But you can't dig them from the first 6(I think) attempts in chocobos forest, And you can only dig them up after youve returned from chocobos lagoon by digging up all 6 treasures from there.
