Question for Final Fantasy IX

Can anyone tell me how to do the secret of the Eidolon Wall in Madain Sari?

Princess Garnet's true name is engraved somewhere in Madain Sari.

There is supposed to be a very complicated way to reveal the truth at the beginning of disc 4, but how? Thank You for the coffee locations Final Fantasy Addict!

On disc 4 go to Madain Sari with dagger in your team go to the kitchen and try to talk to Lani. She jumps away, leave and re enter without dagger or amarant in your team then go over to lani and talk to her twice. Go to the Eidilon wall and walk around once clockwise and once anticlockwise. Your health will be filled and you can read the secret off the picture of Ifrit.
