 1.What are does penguinmon digivolve to?and how do I get them?

1)Whamon, Frigimon, Moyjamon, Garurumon,Shellmon, (Nanimon, Sukamon, Numemon)
Whamon:2-3 Care Mistakes + HP1000 + Br100
Frigimon:4-5 Care Mistakes + Mp 1000 + Br100
Moyamon:Care Mistakes +5 + Hp1000 + Mp1000
Garurumon: Care Mistakes 0-1 + Mp1000 + Sp 100
Shellmon:Care Mistakes +5 + Hp1000 + Def100

2)Get a Palmon or a Kunemon. Reach only it's Mp to 1000 and make more than 5 care mistakes.

3)I haven't done them yet so look at the other answers.

4)You must reach: Hp 2000, Mp 1000, Offense 400, Defense 200,Speed 400, Brains 300

5)You must reach: Hp 3000, Mp 3000, Offense 100, Defense 400,Speed 400, Brains 300

Penguinmon can digivolve to Whamon, Frigimon, Moyjamon, Garurumon, and Shellmon. Every Digimon can also Digivolve to Nanimon, Sukamon and Numemon. You need in general high MP or all the Champion Digimon. If you want Vegiemon as your Digimon you need 1000 MP, and High happiness. Best to get it from a Kunemon or a Palmon. What do you mean get all your Digimons parameters to 9s?
You need 2000 HP, 1000 MP, 400 Offence, 200 Defence, 400 Speed, 300 Brains to get an Etemon from a Sukamon.
You need 3000 HP, 3000 MP, 100 Offence, 400 Defence, 400 Speed, 300 Brains to get a Digitamamon from a Nanimon.

1.it can evolve to various things shellmon is one if I remember correctly
2.Its another virus digimon which I haven't found out about
3.see my other replys for the 3 questions
4.Tricky I can't mine always mutates into vademon when I train it well
5.Usually nanimon mutates aswell if you raise it well so it's hard

To get 9s in your parameters, you need to use bonus try A LOT. If you get three poo's you get 80-120/800-1200 up.
