Where do I find whamon in the freezeland part of the island?

In Freezeland, you find Whamon in the Southern Part of the Island, near where you can find Penguinmon. You get there by taking the South Eastern Fork after avoiding the path to the Ice Sanctuary.

You keep on going down avoiding all the Digimon on the way, to the screen where the Mojyamons are.

Right at the bottom.
But, he only appears there after you have beaten Ogremon and the Bandits once already.
