When I go in ice sanctuary ...suddenly in the screen reds that stopped by a weard white force .how can I go to ice sanctuary please answer ..my city rate is 39 and tamer lvl 1.

That white force is half Digimon you can't kill it, so avoid it you'll also be stopped by things that look like weargarrurumon
Of first you have to have a pure digimon for example angemon you can only enter the ice sanctuary with a digimon whose type is pure like ogremon is a viris type
Vademon is a virus type metalmamemon is a plain type to find out what type of digimon you have goto your digimons stats and look if you see a floppy disk next to it's name it's a plain type if it has a black thing it's a virus and if it hac a capsule it is a pure digimon
