I have 3 question to ask
1)How to get frigimon,i had already have shellmon in the city?
I go to the unopen igloo with the baby digimon about 3 day,i didn't give him eat ,sleep and poop in the toilet,finally it get sick, I have wait it faint until half a hour,but my digimon did't die or faint ,how can I do?
2)I go to the shogangekomon there to get the amazing rod by my merit, but he say "by the way,i will remove the amazing rod for fishing from your item.It's a special item", so I can't get the amazing rod?
3)How to let sukamon get virus?I want it digivolve to kingsukamon ?I give him eat many mushroom and let it poop the floor everywhere,but the virus gauge is ........"0"...(zero).....

For Frigimon you must go to his hideout in freezeland, near the where Garurumon and Misty Trees area and talk to him and he will join the city.
That Item is a unique item and what it does is that it enhances the effect of fishing with the Old Rod.
You can't digivolve to Kingsukamon, that is only allowed in Digimon Worl 2,3 and 4
And Sukamon's ability is to keep virus meter at zero.
