Where is the card trader?

Hey, I have been to the card trader(the one in gear savannah) once but when I go to the place I found him he isn't there. There are only digimon there. I am puzzled because I don't know how to find him again. If you answer this then please can you include the time of day, how often and what I need to to do to make him be there.

Really need help thanks to whoever answers this!

The Card Shop in Gear Savanna appears 1st-15th day of the year. 16th-30th there's just only digimons. I hope this will help you! ^__^
