If you were patient you would've gotten your answer. There was no need whatsoever to submit basically your question 3 times.
In any case, your question is vague...They? Who? As in the bosses?
If so, collect the CTR tokens from the circuits and then go to Gem Stone Valley and do the Tournament/Cup races. The door leading to them is found next to Oxides ship and garage.
And Oxide is not accessible.
Next time please do not submit continuously like that again and please be a lot more specific because I'm only guessing that's what you wanted.
