You should know how to set up your Playstation 2 console or you won't be able to play games. Here is the visual guide on how to setup your Playstation 2 hassle free.

How to set up your Playstation 2

Connect your AV cable and AC power cord to the AV multi out connector and AC in connector respectively. Plug the power cord to a power source so that the power is supplied in the Playstation 2 console. Turn on the Main Power Switch.

Plug the AV cable to the television respective to the color of the plug on the television.

Connect the Controller to the Controller Port and the Memory Card on the Memory Card Slots.

Press the Reset button which has the Red indicator to turn on the Console itself. The indicator will become Green and a Blue Indicator will show up on the Open Disc button.

Press the Open Button to eject the disc tray and put a Playstation 2 game on the Disc tray. Close the disc tray by pressing the Open button again to start the game.
