How do you use the holiday tree?

I have completed the senireio on the holiday misson on zoo tycoon but when I go to free form mode and want to use the holiday tree it's not there can some one please help me BELIEVE IT!

The holiday tree can only be on Christmas Day as in the actual December twenty-fifth.This goes for the Halloween and Easter also.I hope this helped.
