In the Sims 2 you just bought an arch which would have the wedding and all of that, but in the sims 3 all I have been able to do is decorate the yard and make them "Get Married" at a wedding party.

The only way could get the sims 3 to have sort of a wedding (real one) is when I put all of the chairs out in rows then have a food section with more chairs and tables then I get the both of thenm to stand next to each other while a sim in the back groud is playing the guitar they then take all their seats and thats the closest ik could to a real wedding.
