I think all you have to do is evict your family out of the house by clicking on the bulldozer and clicking on the house they live in.

Well I think you use your mouse and click on the other sim and keep on being mean to him or her. When it says attack, keep on attacking them until it says thats it! I am moving out for good!

It's really easy......but first do you meant a cheat or when it happens in the sims game??
Well if you mean without a cheat I know how.......
All you have to do is to get you sims to become really good friends with your neighbours (instead of love) like talk a lot and stuff and then after a while your sims friendship bar wil become 100% and youcan ask your neighbour to move in or go to your neighbours house and phone the sim you want to move around and then ask them......................and if you mean the cheat way press crtl,alt,shift,c,d and get the cheat ox up and type visitor_control and you will be able to control your guests and it will automatically say "move in"

Buy a computer (if you need money use "motherlode") and there should be an option "look for own house" or something like that. That's for an adult, and only one sim. If you want a whole family, then go to the neighbourhood and there's a symbol with a family and an arrow, and it moves them out. Yay!!!
