They just roam around. It's random finding them.

Well you can go into a crop circle and some are there with the others
But you need a butterfly net and jars to put them in

Depends on which imps you're talking about.
Imps (red and walk around, trap with Box) are all across runescape. But 2 Spawn at Varrock castles Yews (their behind the castle)
2 more spawn outside Fally South Gate.
A couple at Lumby.
Implings you need a Net, and Impling Jars and best place to learn them is from Crop Circles Mini Game, they appear different places, but there is always one in Zarnis (lost city)
