training to 70 strength and defence

I am a level 81 and I am wondering what the best thing for me to train on is and the best weapon for me. My stats are 70 attack 66 strength and 60 defence.

I would use a veracs flail and train on experiments under frankenstines castle, they are level 25 but have 100 health each
