First, hello. And welcome. Second yes agility is Members only, and to find you're combat level click the 2 crossed swords, it'll say the weapon you have equipped, and under neath is you're combat level.
And for training, get food and go for higher monsters, kill cows till you're a decent level and sell the cow hides and meat and bones (or bury them) then move onto hill giants (sell big bones or bury) But also check out the Runescape 2 Forums, and ask for more advice from the players.
But best way is kill what you can kill, green means it's an easy fight, yellow means it could be a challenge, and red is don't fight unless prepared.

1. Yes
2. Your Attack and strength is easy...same with HP. Just find something and attack. Smithing and mining you can do in Lumbridge or Varrock. Cooking just get meat and easy level up.

1. Yes, like everyone else has said.
2. Attack, Strength, Defence, and HP is easy. Just find something to kill like cows, goblins, lvl 2men or women, lvl 7 Warriors in Al-Kharid or muggers. Another thing I got to say about your hp is that, it can't be lvl 6, when you start it is lvl 10 so either you lost hp recently from a battle or something happened. For mining, there is a copper and tin ore mine south of lumbridge. You take 1copper and 1 tin, and smelt into a bronze bar at the furnace in lumbridge. Then you can take it to an anvil like in varrock and make armor and weapons out of it. For cooking, either buy raw food, or get it from fishing or monster drops, and use it on a fire or range to cook. The higher level food it is, it's harder to cook so you might burn some food.
