Head to Yanille and buy yourself a noose wand from the Hunting shop there. Then head to Relleka but just before you enter the Village, go all sneaky like around the East side of the fence. Go north and then east along the sea when you come to it. You'll find a little penninsula somewhere along so head out on it. Simply just track the Polar Kebbits, to start tracking, search one of their burrows and follow the tracks into the next thing. Basically, you have to search all the interactive things around where the tracks lead to. Sometimes, it's quite a way away. When you get the message "There appears to be something hiding in this ~" (Where ~ is the thing you are searching) you right click and noose that thing and you should catch a kebbit.
