I'm not too sure as I completed the quest before the Summoning skill was realesed.
You can't choose prayer, which I remember, when you complete the quest, I'm sure who will be able to choose whether you can or not. You'll have to have completed the Wolf Whistle quest however.

It can, use the lamp and you will be given all the skills. Select one and you will get so much ex points for that skill.
