This has been asked so many times, why not look back at other questions to find out.
But anyway, since you're f2p, there are 3 main ways to get cash.
1. Fish things such as Tuna, Lobsters, or Swordfish and sell them raw (all 3 can be found at Karamja)
2. Cut yews, the best place is at Edgeville, and yews sell for a fair bit of cash.
3. Mine rune essence, this is possibly the slowest but you get a full load much faster than any of the above. The best place is in East Varrock, run from the bank to the Aubury and back again.

There is also chickens, Kill chickens east of lumbridge only for feathers it's not very fast but not slow. After you have like 3 through 10 thousand feathers sell them at the grand exchange for 2 gp each and you will get 20k for 10 thousand feathers. It seems like alot but if you go to a world with no people at the chicken place and keep getting feathers it will take probley 2-5 hours to get 10 to 11 thousand.
