I recommend you go fish some lobs at Karamja, then sell them raw. If you have 60 woodcutting and alot of patience you could cut yews, although they don't sell as much as the lobs do, but they are closer to a bank so it about evens it out.
Seen as you have 100k you could give merchanting a shot, although I don't recommend it unless you have a 6th sense about it like me.

I suggest you go cut yews. They sell for a great price. I got 1 million gp by doing this!

You go to Anderouge (members only) you get your thieving level up to 20 then you steal silk as much as you can store.. Then you put it in the bank and come back.. Do this for a week and then 28 by 28 you sell it to the silk merchant. Make sure hes forgotten that you have stolen it so he dosent put a paladin, a guard, or a Knight after you... They sell for 60 gp each, but you have to do bargaining with..

I suggest getting flax from Seers Village, going to the spinnery near the flax field and spin 100k and sell them at grand exchange for about 500gp each. You can get money and crafting xp by doing this.
