Go get fish food and poison then use fish food with the poison and ull get a poisoned fish food, use you're poisoned fish food with the fountain and ull get a key, you get fish food and poison in that mansion thing

Em get the fish food and the poison mix them then put them in the fountain then you will kill them and get youre pressure gauge

In draynor manor you should find a box of fish food and poison. Use the poison with the fish food and used the poisoned fish food with the fountain. The pirhannas will die and you can take the pressure gauge.

In Draynor Manor on the second floor (with the ghosts) there is a packet of fish food, take it.
On the ground floor there is a bottle of poison by a witch, take that to.
Use fish food with the poison then go to the fountain with pirahnas, use your new poisoned fish food on the fountain and watch the fishies die. Then search the fountain and vullah! You have a pressure gauge.
