First it's Scythe, and second there is no way to get it.
That rumor is false and it's just there to give people false hope. The only way to have gotten the scythe was in a old Halloween drop (i think 2003)
There is no way to get it, and no it will not be dropped again and no it will not become tradable.

The syth isnt a spell just a event item that you could get and it wont be made tradeable
