No, at least no good way and nothing I plan to mention.

Just work for it, Kill Cows in the area just north of lumby (just above the windmil) and collect the cow hides then deposit in the boxes. Or kill chickens and collect feathers they stack and sell for 4gp ea in G.E. Or you could chop trees down and sell in bulk at ge, find the trees you want near a bank and just cut.

The cow hide works well, so far at 50k on my lvl 14, I sell bones and cow hides though.

Well...you could stand in the bank near the GE and go downstairs to find coins laying on the ground but you aonly get like 3 coins per minute so it really isnt worth it...
