I'm fuessing this is the quest thingy.
You have to mix poison, with fish food, both of which you find in the house and you put it in the water fountain outside, to kill the, pira... Naughty fish. Then search the fountain, and you'll get your Guage.

You must get posion from the very top floor of the mansion then fish food on the first I think use the posion with the food and it becomes posioned food. Use that on the fountain were the perauhnas are in the front yard by the gate were you went in at. Then search the fountain for the gauge.

In draynor manor take the poison and the fish food combine them to make poisoned fish food.
Use that with the fountain and the pirhannas will die and then you can
