Okay first you need to get the key into the sewer, to do this you need a bucket of water. From Varrock Center (the giant Fountain) head North, and you will enter a castle, you need to head to the North East to the kitchen, then use the Bucket of Water on the Kitchen Drain right outside the door. Now head back south till you are outside the castle doors with guards around you, then head East till you just leave the castle wall then head South down the Man hole, Down there head North West and follow the corridor/path till you see the key.
