It Depends what you like doing.
You can fish and cook Lobbies, until you have about 500 - 1000 and then sell them in world 1 for about 200 - 250 Ea.
You could also try mining coal and selling that to people.

Try and powermine iron ore at the Al Kharid chasm and if yoiu concentrate you could be 60 mining in 2 weeks or less.
From there you could mine coal at the mining guild to your heart's content.
Most people can get 1000 coal every day (about 180k) and some may mine 2000 (360k a day!!).
Or you could powerfish at barbarian village until around 50 fishing (takes about a week if you drop the salmon and trout (it's optional whether you cook them or not)).
Then you could just fish Lobsters in Karamja and bank at Draynor Village or Falador.

You go to Anderouge (members only) you get your thieving level up to 20 then you steal silk as much as you can store.. Then you put it in the bank and come back.. Do this for a week and then 28 by 28 you sell it to the silk merchant. Make sure hes forgotten that you have stolen it so he dosent put a paladin, a guard, or a Knight after you... They sell for 60 gp each, but you have to do bargaining with..
NonMember- Get 1000 rune essences and rune tally. Than store all of it in the bank except 27 of them (Fally bank) then go the air rune altar and sell them for 2k-3k.
