Hey first you have to get a mind tasmand (thats not spelled right) this will point to the way the mind runes are just keep going in that direction and you will fid it. P.s. I'm a lvl 77 member

Well go to edgevill then keep going left until it's the end of line of the wild you cross it you go up left then come back down with a mind tiria then cross the wild line again n you should see the big giant rock

You need a mind talisman then go out of the north gate of falador then go up the steps go west keep on going north then you've found it
