How can I buy land other than in Forest frontiers? I know how to get to the entrance & click on the sign thing to buy land but when I try to go buy land that I don't own it doesn't let me, so how can I buy land?

Well, to buy land it's the same thing as the tutorial. Just click on the enterance icon and click on the sign that says buy land. Then you have to go and look at the outside of the park, and you would see little signs on the ground, which you can buy. NOTE: YOU CAN ONLY BUT LAND WHEN THERE IS A SIGN FOR SALE.
NOTE: SOMEPLACES WON'T LET YOU BUY LAND. BUT YOU MAY BUY BULIDING RIGHTS FROM THEM.
NOTE: BULDING RIGHTS JUST LET YOU BULID THINGS EITHER ABOVE OR BELOW GROUND.
