I am playing the game Nancy Drew: Treasure in the Royal Tower. I just started playing the game and I am stuck in the elevator.

I try pressing the buttons on the walls but nothing responds especially when I try to press alarm and it won't work.

Also when I try to open the door it says that it's stuck. I don't know what I should do.

Please help me.

Look up; go out the little square in the top of the elevator till you see a passageway.
