As soon as you enter into the game you can find 'options'. Click that and go to 'controller setup' and click 'redefine controls' . Then you will be having a option 'look left + turret l';'look right +turret r';'turret + lean up';'turret+lean down' . U can change those options by clicking and pressing the letter which you want to replace instead of the numpad numbers . This will help you to make stunts in bikes tooooo !
