Its opposite to the big white space (stadium) at the nothern part of western Island.

It is in an alley across the street from the big STADIUM. It has a bunch of garages where you can store your vehicles in. Also, once you buy the place, there is a door that leads up to a helipad. There will usually be a helicopter there. If there isn't, ride away for a while and then come back. When you do that it should appear.

In Downtown. When you travel straight from Love Fist you will find a small way opposite to stadium near signal. Walk inside that way and you will find a garage written KEEP CLEAN on it. That is it's garage and there is a green home like sign walk on it and you will be able to buy Hyman condo it's of $13000. It have a helicopter on it's roof and 3 garages.
