Can't finish the game!!!

I've done every mission except the "Cap the Collector" and "Keep Your Friends Close", which are the last two missions available from Tommy's Mansion. But they're not showing up! I haven't received that call from the Print Works (and I have bought it and completed the missions for it) and now I'm wondering, what else do I have to do?

Go to the ice cream factory and sell 70 ice creams, after that you will get a phone call to make the last mission.

I bought the sunshine autos property and finished the first list of cars, and then I got the call from the Print Works...

Ok you have to complete all asset missions in this game.that's all.you can reach the last two mission.

Make sure you check all the phone booths and job estates which will be on your pause map you will find that by pressing START on your control.

For the it you must enter the back room and spend a cumulative total of $300 - not necessarily all at once - (which equates to exactly five real-time minutes) on the one-on-one stripper. Complete all other assets and phone call will come

You have to complete all the asset misions.. Including
1.print works,
2.malibu club,
3.kaufman cabs,
4.film studio,
5.car show room,
6.ice cream factory.
Ice cream factory assets by making 50 deals...........
7.the boatyard.
In any order , than you will get the call for cap the collector mission..
