How do you buy the Malibu Club???
How,really do you buy the Malibu Club so you can get the money.

You have to complete several of the main storyline missions before you can buy The Malibu, or any of the other businesses. You can only buy it close to the end of the game.

Its unlocked only after the mission Shakedown. I reached this mission after the 1st day playing.

You must complete the mission "cop land" and it will be stored in the washington beach police station. Hope this helped :P. P.s. That is like mission 26 or something like that

You do the mission Called "THE JOB" on the second island and you will get up to one million dollars so then you can buy the malibu club to collect money! Or If you use all the money that mission gave you , you can rob the bank whenever you like but you will only get up to 500 dollars each time.

Hi Darkmark, in order to obtain the malibu club, which
Is 120000$, you have to complete either one of these missions: COP LAND; RUB OUT or SHAKEDOWN. You will also unlock the: BOATYARD; CHERRYPOPPER(ice cream factory); KAUFMAN CABS (taxi company); PRINT WORKS; FILM STUDIO; THE CAR SHOWROOM and more! Hope this helps!

You will have to complete all the mission's of diaz . So you can buy the malibu club as well as some other properties like the pole star club and all that .
