How do you get the Police Uniform???

Do I need it to get the Apache Chopper

ANSWERS

The police uniform will be available inside the locker room at the police station at Washington Beach once you complete the mission 'Cop Land', after taking care of Diaz. If you wear it, you can walk safely into the army base.

Hunters will be avaiable at the army base as soon as you collect all 100 Hidden Packages, or finish the game (complete main storyline missions).

You need to finish first the mission " Cop Land " and it will access the police uniform in the police station in the Washington Beach...

The Apache Chopper it's at the military base. Land with a normal chopper on the base and jump where the Hunter is and then run and hope you will get it.

Alexzander, if you try to get to the Apache without using the police uniform, chances are it's going to get blown up before it even gets off the ground. The Army's M-16s are quite powerful and since the soldiers always seem to be in groups of five at the base, good luck trying to get the Apache without a police uniform...

You can write a code and it is : [istilllikedressingup] many times until you find that uniform.

You can use a cheat code to get the police uniform the cheat is right right left up L1 L2 right left up down lol I think that was the code.....

I don't know if you need it for the helicopter, but you get the uniform by getting to 100% dating Barbara, because she is a police officer.
