Where is the truck to steal peoples stuff after you do the misson into..

I had problems with that too, but figured it out. So here is an easy way to find it. Start at CJ's house (The dead-end road, where you can save it) head straight out on the ROAD, not alley. Then turn left at the first possible place there, you should meet up with a 2-way 2 lane road that is separated by poles in the middle and of course a curb. Head straight across that. There you should come up on several apartment buildings (all the same.) Now drive slowly along the road and make sure you are looking between the buildings carefully, the grey (or black) truck should be standng right in there, no where else. Forgive me for the bad english, still practicing. Anyway, just tell me if you found it. I can still help. Peace.

Just go to the gym in Los Santos (not the one at the beach) then go to the apartments right beside it and the truck is right there.

Actually, there will be one truck in every island. The other submitions are all at the 1st island, CJ's home Grove Street. The 2nd island's truck will be located near the workshop at Doherty. It is near the driving school, behind the garage/lock-up. And for the 3rd island, it is located somewhere near the casino area but I don't know what is the name of the area. It is also located with the garage/lock-up. Hope you can find all the 3 locations.

You can find one across the road from the gym in Los Santos.

The burglar missions are only available during the night, and one can be found in the apartment blocks opposite the gym (the blue ones)
