Question for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

How do I fix the BEX error when starting GTA: San Andreas? I have 64-bit Windows 7, I've tried using compatibility modes, patches, no CD fixes, changing settings in the control panel, and nothing works.

1. Right Click on Computer.
2. Click on Properties.
3. Click On Advanced System Settings.
4. Click Under The Settings.
5. Choose the Data Tab.
6. Select Turn On Dep for all programs and devices

^This is the only solution I've found. I'm not sure if it works to be honest with you, since I've never had the problem.
