When you're falling a decent distance, just press the left mouse button. That'll activate your parachute.

When you at a High building or flying with a car Just open with car and you shoul have paracute and quickly clicl left mouse of the button.

First you need to have a parachute. After you have one,go to some height above the ground level.press Ctrl or left mouse button it will open but will take some time.this is for the pc version of gta sa andreas
If it doesnt work then you or your computer shoul go to hell.

When are you jumping from a tall building(very or not very tall) take a parachute and click on left mouse-button .

Guys this will work trust me I tried it, type AIYPWZQP then a parachute will be spawned on your back go on a high building the jump off and click left on the mouse
