All you'll really have to do is pick up a hooker off of the streets. To do this, you'll first need to find a 4 door car in decent condition. Drive around Grove Street until you find a woman wearing a red top and black bottoms. Drive along side her for roughly 30 seconds, and she'll ask to get into the car. Press the Y key to accept her offer, and find some place to park that can't be seen from the streets. Once you've found the perfect spot, you'll be allowed to sleep with her.
Note: Sleeping with a hooker will cost money, but restore health.
