Instead of adding onto it, you might want to try reducing your software to solve your problems. If you have any other applications running, close them so that only the game will be playing. If that doesn't work, restart your computer to empty the RAM. If that still doesn't work, look into a better computer, because your processor obviously doesn't have the capabilities of supporting this game.

I also have this problem but when I play it last time it was working good my laptop specs are 3gb ram 500 gb hardisk core i3 graphics card is intel r hd graphics 3000 dell inspirion n5110
