You don't. As bad as this game is, it never features any nudity. The only real naked parts were a mod for the game called Hot Coffee Shop, and that was patched up in about 05 so it couldn't work. Highly doubt you're going to get anyone naked in this game.

You cant. No mission features nudity in this game, the closest you can get to sex is picking up hookers in a car.
