There are no ways to skip that mission, or any mission for that matter. You'll have to do it through your own skill if you want to progress further into this game. Sorry.

Umm.. There is a way to skip mission 555-We Tip by collecting all 50 clams...

Use Game in parts (all saved missions are compressed) and copy it to your GTA SA docs folder and then load the game.(profile 2 in load option)

In the 555 WE TIP mission i go to the hotel, get the valet uniform, get the DA's car, plant the drugs, park the car, and then go up and call the police. Then during the cutscene, the cops come and tell the guy to get out of the car. Then for some reason one of the cops kills him, and then he does these weird things that look like an arresting animation, except the guy is dead. Then that cop walks behind the DA's car and punches and kills the other cop, and then the cutscene just stays like that, and days and days go by. I've tried skipping the cutscene with every key on my keyboard; i've reinstalled the game, etc. What am i supposed to do???Guest answered:

If somehow still looking for answer the fastest way is to turn off traffic
