You'll have to find the mod that makes up that car. Just go to Google and search "BMW X San Andreas". The first few links should contain a download location.
I would link you to it myself, but mods have a bad habit of messing up the game, and SuperCheats would rather not be held responsible if anything were to happen to your game.
