You actually lagged. Either restart your computer or press alt+tab ( if it still did'nt hang )

Maybe you should install it again because maybe your game is the problem or maybe you have many use of the cheat already...

Same thing happened to me, you probably put too many cheats in like I did and the only way to fix it even if you didnt use cheats is start the game over, believe me it's the only way.

I had the same problem the only way to fix it is restart the game all over, and if you were or are using cheats don't use as many thats what causes it believe me it happened to me twice and I started over and got passed it now I'm stuck on zeros mission,.

It could be that you used too many cheats. Or.... Well, you didnt wait too long after you took her home, what I'm trying to say is that the girl talks to Carl right after you take her home. If not any of these reasons, then it must be your computer/Game.
