Guys, this is the PC version. But first, if you wanna recruit other people ( not only grove street members ), type the cheat SJMAHPE. That cheat will let you recruit other people. Now, aim at them using your gun and press the Key for Group Control Forward. Now you recruited that member. Enjoy ^_^.

FOR PC RECRUITMENT ^^ RMB at who you wanna recruit,press G and they will nod their head type sjmahpe and you can recruit anywhere cheatcode <

Just target them and press either G or H on your keyboard. If your respect is at a high enough level, they should join your little group of gang members. If you don't have a high enough respect level, they'll decline.
